1. Orders & Customization

• Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or at our store.

• For customized products (such as T-shirts with your logo or design), customers must either:

  • Provide the final artwork, or

  • Approve the design proof shared by our team before production begins.

• Blaze Deals is not responsible for spelling errors, design mistakes, or poor-quality images submitted by customers.

2. Payments

• Full payment must be made in advance before production starts.

• Payments can be completed via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

• Orders will only be processed once the payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Pricing & Promotions

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Discounts, promotions, or deals are valid for a limited time only.

• Multiple offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines vary depending on order size and customization requirements.

• Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

• Blaze Deals is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• As most of our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not available once production has started.

• Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product delivered is entirely different from the confirmed order, or

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect.

• Customers must raise complaints within 24 hours of receiving the order for eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and artwork submitted by customers remain their property. Blaze Deals will only use them for completing the respective order.

• Blaze Deals’ branding, promotional content, and original designs are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Liability

• Blaze Deals will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that any designs they provide do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

8. Amendments to Terms

Blaze Deals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective once published on our website or shared through official communication channels.
