Blaze Deals – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Blaze Deals, we specialize in customized and made-to-order products. Every item is created with care to match your specific requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or replaced.
Exceptions apply only in the rare case where a product is damaged or defective on delivery.
1. Cancellation Policy
Since all products are customized, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.
Only orders that have not entered the customization/production stage may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@blazedeals.in with your order ID.
Once customization begins or the product has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
No returns or replacements are allowed for customized products.
The only exception is if you receive a damaged or defective product. In such cases:
You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery by sharing your order ID, photos, and issue details at info@blazedeals.in.
The product must be returned with original packaging, box, and tags intact.
A replacement will be provided subject to availability. If unavailable, you may opt for a refund or an alternate product of equal value.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only in case of defective/damaged deliveries and after the item clears quality checks at our warehouse.
Refunds will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Express shipping ensures priority dispatch but delivery timelines depend on courier services. Delays beyond our control are not eligible for refund.
Refund Adjustments:
If delivery is refused or fails due to customer negligence, a restocking fee (up to 20%) plus shipping costs will be deducted.
Even if you received free shipping, actual courier costs will be deducted in case of refusal/return.
4. Final Notes
Refunds are always processed to the same payment method used at checkout.
In rare cases, bank/UPI details may be requested. Please ensure correct details are shared, as Blaze Deals cannot be held responsible for incorrect transfers.
Once your refund/replacement request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Blaze Deals.
